This course provides shop floor workers with an introduction to the basics of the five S's: Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, and Sustain. These cleaning and straightening activities form the foundation for all workplace improvements, making this training particularly valuable for operators in manufacturing environments, pilot teams, and Lean Manufacturing implementers.
