Overview
This workshop is designed to enhance participants' skills in creating and utilizing value stream maps to analyze transactional business processes from both process and customer perspectives. Participants will learn how value stream mapping is a vital tool for identifying and eliminating waste in existing processes. Through hands-on practice, they will develop detailed, data-rich value stream maps and gain practical mapping tips.
Participants will also learn to visualize process flow, creating current state value stream maps by applying Lean techniques. By the end of the workshop, attendees will be equipped to identify specific areas for improvement, create a future state map, and prioritize Lean projects aimed at establishing efficient Lean office processes.
