MTP (Management Training Program)

Overview

This program is tailored for mid to upper-level managers, accommodating their busy schedules by meeting once a week for 2 hours over a span of 22 weeks. The course content is designed to integrate seamlessly with the supervisory Training Within Industry course. Participants will engage in an interactive learning experience, with the first third of the course led by an instructor and the remaining two-thirds conducted through a round-robin format by the participants themselves. Topics covered include the responsibilities of Lean management, principles of a Lean organization, the organizing function of management, time management, planning, commanding and organizing functions, controlling functions, understudy development, new employee orientation, job method instruction, conducting meetings, principles of method improvement, safety on the job, confidence building, effective personnel utilization, and morale enhancement.
