Overview
A3 management is a visual technique designed to monitor progress and train subordinates within the Plan, Do, Check, Act (PDCA) cycle. This approach is effective for both project management and problem-solving. In this course, participants will learn how to effectively “grasp the situation” to understand the current state of a project or problem. They will gain skills in quantitatively representing the current state, developing a target condition, planning and managing the project, and reflecting on outcomes to determine follow-up actions.
