AI is becoming an important part of the modern workplace, but getting useful and reliable results requires more than simply asking AI a question. Practical AI Prompting for Real-World Work Tasks is a practical, hands-on workshop designed for professionals who want to understand how generative AI works and learn how to use it effectively in everyday work.
During this live, instructor-led training, participants will learn the fundamentals of AI and large language models (LLMs), how to create effective prompts, how to improve AI-generated results, and how to work with real-world data and workplace scenarios.
The workshop combines instruction with practical exercises so participants can immediately apply what they learn.
About the Instructor:
The session will be led by Art Casasa, Principal Advisor, AI Strategy and Development at TMAC. Art brings more than 25 years of experience in engineering, technology, and operations, including senior leadership roles at iRobot, Symbotic, SLB, and Pentair. His current work focuses on helping organizations identify and implement practical AI opportunities that deliver measurable business results.
